| I've always been fit, playing rugby, hockey whilst at college and went onto join the police. I now do legal work in the private sector but that doesn't stop me going to the gym on a regular basis to try and stay in shape (otherwise I'm killing myself in there for no reason), I still get compliments from personal trainers but I'm no body builder. For work I wear tailored suits and shirts usually tied together with a silk tie in a double windsor.
